Several times Shopko Pharmacy in Oconto has either misplaced one of our prescriptions, overcharged us, or worse, not had enough meds to fill a prescription that we have had filled there every month for the last SEVERAL years. This causes a great deal of frustration & inconvenience for us, as we then need to either have it filled elsewhere or wait until they receive/order the additional amount to fill the order. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They laughed and pointed at me when I disagreed with their price when I talked with my insurance and was told they were over charging me. They visibily where shaking the meds that were going to get pointing and laughing. The pharmacist was shaking her head and throwing her hands in the air. This place is a discrace to a nice town. After posting my experience online I had many other people from the area agree the staff is rude and they mess up orders often that's why they switch... read more
