Arrived to pick up script, and was told rejected by my insurance. That part was fine. This was called in by my Dr. I'm in the Shopko system (they ran my insurance) Didn't notify me of an issue, so I could resolve ahead. I just had to call to get it released (New insurance). I made the phone call. Took not even 5 min. Resolved. Went back in and the pharmacy was locked up for the evening. No warning from the staff about closing.
