Horrible customer service. Cannot handle simple customer complaints or suggestions. Even their sales are overpriced and little or no selection. Never any employees around to ask questions and if you can find one they are clueless. Need better management and training. Maybe borrow some products from the branch in Houghton? �

They have very little in the way of automotive. I couldn't even find a battery terminal cleaner. The pharmacy gives me a hard time constantly and once, about a year ago I had a complaint and was given the run around on the phone. Some nice people working there, however and Dawn, Jodi & Laani in the pharmacy are good people.
