Pharmacy failed to call in my Rx for pain meds. They let it go two days without notifying me or calling in the refill after I dropped it off with detailed instructions to call in the refill. Not good for a guy who’s had major back surgery. Then they made me feel like a criminal when I inquired about the the Rx and why they didn’t call it in. My Dr. told me to have them call his nurse for the refill per federal law and I’d pick up the paper Rx and bring to the pharmacy. Not rocket science. Poor handling of the refill. Other t... read more
