Totally dishonest company we are ordered by Asurion and this company shopjimmy provides part for Asurion but i got used part they did 2 times I'm gonna report them soon to Asurion ,because Asurion give them money to send us parts but all parts used
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. I ordered a shark nozzle head, they pictured a completely different head than what they sent me. I sent back immediately and they charged me 20% restocking fee and return shipping. I spoke to customer service and they pretty much told me too bad. No one answers they’re customer service number so you can only converse with someone by email.
The response received from Austin to look elsewhere for chat services and or blogs for support does not reflect the mission statement of the company. In addition, there has been no response from Ryan listed on the Amazon Pay account. As a result, we have asked Amazon Pay to send an email to request services and a return credit. The only reason we used shopJimmy was because Vizio recommended the company out of 2 others and we thought we would receive the best support based on the mission statement.
