the customer service is not good, all engine
I just got stuck with some stupid app that I csnt delete and it never works. Do. Or get the App Store app SHOP. it will only 1/2 work. And it will drive you crazy. And there is zero accountability for the people,who set this up. SHOP appears to be an extension of shopify. Don’t get stuck I I was. All these people need to do is be accountable to people who are told,to use them to track. parcels. So perhaps I will,get their attention here as I wet ore bout their pathetic customer service. Don’t download it. You’ll be sorry. .
Terminated my store for breaching EU/UK policy while my store is targeting US market. Contacted support several times to know the reason of termination, they ask me to be patient and wait for the Merchant trust team for a response. I’ve been patient for more than 2 weeks now and my business is closed! Have to rebuild everything from scratch now using a different platform this would take at least a month time
