The worst customer service experience. Don’t sign up with Shopify!!
Awful, if I could have left "0" I would have. If I were you I would find a different platform. Their customer service is the worst. You will never be able to talk to someone directly, it is all via chat and the so called Specialists do not know what they are talking about. Ask the same question from two different CS specialists and you will get two different answers both of which will be wrong.
