This place is fantastic! Quality products, reasonable prices and where they really shine is customer service. Marina answered all my questions before placing my order, had helpful suggestions, and went over and above. Couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. After sale support was superb also, Marina was able to solve a problem I had with ease. Don't waste your time with big-box, this place is where you need to go if you need new door hardware!

We were having great difficulty finding a replacement for an old exterior door handle that broke. After a few visits and product returns to the big box stores, we visited Toronto Door Hardware today. Mary was incredibly helpful and came up with a solution to our door handle dilemma that works, is attractive looking and was a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this business!

We've purchased 50+ pieces of hardware over 3 renovations, and Mary and Marina continue to provide amazing service. Expect rapid responses, even faster shipping, and a warranty they stand behind. Highly recommended!
