I have found his advice to be helpful with my panic attack disorder and his calm nature.
He was a very kind, soft spoken counselor. I really enjoyed my talks with him. I would highly reccomend him. He helped me get through a very dark time in my life.
Horrible advice and mostly just had us watching old videos. He definitely favors man and doesn't treat woman equally. Don't go here for help!
