This business has the worst customer service I have ever encountered! I placed an order 06/25 and still haven't received the products. I have emailed them 3 times and tried the online chat twice with no response. The online chat says to leave your email addr and someone will get with you. What's the point of having it if you cannot chat live?! I have also called twice and was asked to leave a message which I did once and still no response. It is very difficult to contact the customer service, I have 4 days calling and sending mail to know about my order #74319 and I have no answer. I bought some drager tubes because on their page they had stock and I asked for the next day shipping and I already have 5 days and I do not receive my order.
unsafe site to do business with. a few days after placing my order my credit card was hacked and used in that area. called and left a message with shopcross, no return call.
