I've owned a ShopBot 4x8 table for seven years now. Even though I purchased it used, it has been an absolute workhorse. The machine is incredibly reliable; we use it for about 5 hours a day on average, and it has had virtually zero downtime—and any downtime we did have was entirely our own fault. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Max helped me a huge amount with my detailed technical questions about sbp file commands, feed/speed controls, and more. I even have a super old machine, and he was still incredibly knowledgeable. Thank you!!!
