***LOCATION: Should be Grapevine office. My PCP no longer accepting my insurance so after 10 years, had to find someone else. This doctor was included on a list of referrals. The office staff was so rude and had inaccurate information. She was so rude, I told her never mind and hung up the phone. It shouldn't be this difficult just to get a new patient appointment.
