Dropped off the car, asked if they could do it in 1 hour but they couldn’t so we agreed in 1.20 hours. Returned 1.5 hours they hadn’t even started yet. Disgraceful. They were not even apologetic! NEVER AGAIN!!
Still the best car wash in the Eastern suburbs and the best value for sure
I paid $220 for what was supposed to be a full car wash, and I’m very disappointed at how poor the result was. There was still dust on the dashboard and doors, sticky residue left in the cupholders, and visible marks on the exterior. There was a bad smell still lingering in the car even after the clean. For this price, I expected a spotless, fresh car instead, it barely looked touched. Won’t be returning and definitely don’t recommend.
Best value for money in the eastern suburbs! I’ve been coming here for years and Tony&Team never disappoint. The inside of our car gets extra dirty from a toddler and a dog but they somehow get it so clean. Come early to avoid queues.
