We’ve been with Shop-Ware for 3 years now and it’s been great. (City Centre Automotive). The system is designed exactly how a shop workflow should work. Follow it, and embrace it, and you’ll thank yourself. Wish there were better integrations for Canadian shops (specifically integrated payments and parts vendors) but there are not many out there that do. Great team that genuinely wants your business to grow.
Shopware is super easy to use on my side and the customers side! As a new shop owner I decided to go with shopware to have a more professional interface with my customers, and to cut down time spend on estimates, inspections, and recommendations. The Shopware system is awesome. You have to take the time to learn how to use it. But once you get the nuts and bolts down, it is amazing.
