Pretty decent for an online business. People need to understand how an online business operates. Courier companies are separate to the business and can delay the parts not the business fault. Pricing and sourcing parts that no other place could.
I’m very disappointed by this company. Parts paid for and ordered online. Company won’t answer phone calls or emails. Have tried calling and emailing multiple times with no response and phone just rings out. Very poor service
