Didn’t know about this store till someone told me about it, and I’m glad they did. Found a beautiful patio set today at Heroic of Elk Grove. After getting it home, I spoke to the store manager regarding an issue I had with one of the adjustable screws/legs missing in the fireplace who took a photo and said he would give me a could within the next couple days. Amy is phenomenal, not only is she very help while you’re shopping she goes above and beyond to make sure you know everything about the product you’re purchasing, what to expect as far as warranty and how to register and use it if you ever need to. I purchased a washer / dryer set and had questions after they were delivered, not only did she walk through every detail to address my questions she knew every possible scenario to consider and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of.
