The manager at Shop Heroic in Elk Grove provided excellent customer service, which in my experience, is rare these days! Without hesitation, he refunded the entire price I paid for an umbrella stand that needed the screw threads retapped to secure the base. Very few words were exchanged before he immediately said, "I am going to refund the entire price because you took the time and paid to fix the base." What a refreshing experience!! Thank you! Mr. Manager, we're enjoying the umbrella base!!

This Shop Heroic Wholesale Outlet is one of the larger outlet locations in the area and offers a good variety of merchandise, including clothing, home goods, and seasonal items. We stop in whenever we're nearby to see what new deals they have available. During this visit, I found a pair of work gloves at a great price, while my wife picked up a couple of tops.
