Thought I could simply get my boyfriend a new piece and have a great day. Had to go to this place because it has a decent selection. I get home a half hour drive later and unwrap the piece, the slide stem is snapped off and falls. Maybe cheap glass, maybe loosely wrapped, it broke and my week and special surprise is ruined. Could have easily been fixed or returned and replaced but no was disrespectfully offered 50% off a different one. This place is good for jewelry but definitely not a first place shop for a piece.
