We had an issue getting the third bolt off our truck starter. We got our truck towed here and the mechanic was great. He was able to finish the task and install the new start for us same day. Very professional and helpful! Definitely recommend.
Shop 18 saved our road trip! Had an issue with our truck as we were traveling on our cross country trip from PA. We called an hour before close and they fit us in the next day! Got us all fixed up and on our way. We are forever grateful for the people at Shop 18 and recommend them to everyone!
Travis and his crew took great care of me, I was on my way back to Arizona from Wyoming and broke down. I pulled into Shop 18 and told them my story and the Shop 18 crew went to work immediately on my issue, said they always make time for tourists in trouble. Their expedient service allowed me and my wife to get a room and a warm meal and was back on the road the next day!
