We were on a road trip and needed our brake rotors replaced. They looked at our car first thing in the morning, got the parts and had us on the road in under three hours the day we called. They didn’t up charge for expediency, it was right in the ballpark of what you’d expect to pay for the work. They were very kind, detailed, and took us out to the lift to actually see what was wrong and look at the parts. Easily the best experience at a mechanic I’ve ever had.

Travis and Shop 18 really pulled me out of a jam. We are from Colorado and were camping at the Greens Lake Campground. Apparently the back 2 bolts of my reciever hitch had loosened and fallen out thereby letting the hitch bend down severely. Travis got us right in and had us fixed up in no time. In and out in about 30 minutes. Very reasonable and in fact felt like an undercharge. Would recommend highly. Thanks again travis.

Travis and Shop 18 are the best. I moved here in December and ended up having vehicle troubles the first part of January. I ended up at Shop 18, since they could get me in the soonest, and the service is beyond exceptional. They fixed my vehicle up and my family and I have been going to Shop 18 ever since then to have our vehicles worked on or for routine maintenance. Travis and his employees are very welcoming and helpful.
