We walked in your store front the other day and were not acknowledged by either the cabinet side or the countertop side until we asked someone if they worked there. Apparently for some of your employees it is difficult to interact with a customer and eat. Apparently the food was more important. . For others employees a simple “Do you have any questions?” would have been nice. You never get a second chance to make a good impression or our business.
We approached Royal Cabinets in January, 2018 to design our kitchen remodel. After working (actually leading them) for almost 2 months we finally had a design for our full kitchen remodel and proceeded with the install in April of 2018. As part of our package we ordered 15 pullout shelves rated at 100lbs per shelf with soft closure slides and all 11 cabinet drawers with self closing slides. Absolute scam artists!! Stay away at all costs. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Constantly trying to inflate prices with no justification, followed by pressure to sign a contract without even doing a cabinet design. Royal Cabinets is the worst company we’ve come across in our home remodel.
Very pleased with results. Installed cabinets myself and was excited with how perfect they turned out. Every measurement was so precise & couldn't have drempt for a better design and look. Was also very happy with delivery personnel who went the extra mile to deliver.
