I went to Shop 112 about two weeks ago looking for a dress. I honestly didn't think I was going to get bad customer service from them. I went in there wearing running shorts, tshirt, and running shoes. A lady went in right before me and everybody greeted her. As I walk in no one said anything to me. Nobody approached me. I live in Austin but my family is in the valley and I visit frequently. Shop112 has quickly become a must stop for me when I'm down there. I always find super cute unique stuff for a good price. I love their snapchat and seeing all the new stuff! The only downside is by the time I come down they haven't already gotten new inventory. They do have a over the phone ordering system but I haven't tried that yet. May have to!
I've heard about this place for years but finally decided to try it out this month....and went back twice! I fell in love with it! The clothing quality is amazing. Kinda wants to make me throw out all my cheap clothing. At first I thought it was expensive but then I signed up for the rewards program and they offer great discounts. I get complimented on 3 items I bought from there alot! Honestly I don't think I'll be buying clothes from the mall any longer.
