The help desk is nasty. They used to have great videos telling how to use the service but took them down and replaced them with awful videos. I guess it provides job security for the help desk which is so puffed up with ego, they do not help anyone. I was unable to verify my account due to having data but no voice service so I asked for help to which I was promptly treated like a criminal. I have been using shoot proof almost my entire career - for over 15 years at least!!! It has been my staple and I absolutely LOVE the ease of this software, the video tutorials, the amazing customer service, and the safety/privacy for my clients. It offers so much and they are always building their options. You can integrate it with your lab, with 17hats, it's endless!!! It has a professional presentation and will definitely elevate your business!
When you spend all the time it takes to upload galleries to shootproof. The last thing you want to do is close your account. I wanted options to change accounts. I placed the wrong expiration date in my calendar. So I had limited time to make changes. When I tried to downgrade my account I was not given the that option.
