Worst customers service in the industry. I canceled my Shoot proof membership over a year ago but have still been getting charged each month. I’ve email dozens of times, and called their “24/7” support line hundreds of times, but not once has anyone picked up, called back or replied to any of my attempts. All I get is the same automated reply that they got my message. One month later I see the money come out again. I’m not sure what to do from here but this is criminal.

The help desk is nasty. They used to have great videos telling how to use the service but took them down and replaced them with awful videos. I guess it provides job security for the help desk which is so puffed up with ego, they do not help anyone. I was unable to verify my account due to having data but no voice service so I asked for help to which I was promptly treated like a criminal. I have been using shoot proof almost my entire career - for over 15 years at least!!! It has been my staple and I absolutely LOVE the ease of this software, the video tutorials, the amazing customer service, and the safety/privacy for my clients. It offers so much and they are always building their options. You can integrate it with your lab, with 17hats, it's endless!!! It has a professional presentation and will definitely elevate your business!
