From the sourcing of tenants to the day to day running, arrangement of payment and maintenance Tony Claire & Rachel thanking you for your fastidious attention to detail.
I can’t speak to this company as a whole, I can only comment on my very brief interaction with them. I arranged a viewing at a property which went well, the estate agent was a nice person, all emails were cordial etc. It was only when it came to wanting to progress further that I was alerted to the fact that they charge a £30 application fee. A high court ruling in 2017 deemed this type of charge as unlawful, and they are the only estate agent I’ve encountered in the period since then that are still charging such a fee. It s... read more
