I have only used the location for U-Haul rentals but the customer service at this location is always top tier and the people are friendly. I have the option to rent from other locations in town but only use this one because of the service. Definitely always recommend them to friends and family
Shoopman’s provided fast and friendly service and I highly recommend them. I set up a tow from Glasgow to Bowling Green. Shoopman’s arrived on time to pick the car up, and also gave me a call to let me know he arrived at the destination.
