I called Shook's Tree Service to take down a pair of dead Alders without damaging surrounding trees or the shed they were leaning over. As an engaged home owner I was more than happy to save a buck being the ground level helper. Unlike other companies, Shook works on a very reasonable flat 1/2 day or full day rate and after the primary trees were taken care of we went around the property pruning and taking down a couple smaller dead trees I was going to do myself to fill out the rest of the 1/2 day.
