While on our vacation in Arkansas, we were traveling to the Devil's Canyon trail for a hike when we were quite surprised to find a well-maintained Lexus stopped in the middle of the road. Fortunately, Shook was able to assist us by replacing the alternator and battery, even though his shop was closed. We are extremely grateful for his assistance. My husband's transmission was going out right before he needed to leave for New York for work and he called Shook's. Quinton got my husband's truck in the shop the next morning and worked his tail off to get it finished in time for him to leave and did an excellent job on it! Hubby has driven clear to New York with no tranmission issues whatsoever. I'd recommend Shook's to anyone.
