My truck started making a noise which turned out to be the water pump bearing failure. I am from out of town and tried to locate a shop that could fit me in. Doug Shook jumped right in and fixed the problem. It took a few hours to get the pump changed out. I appreciate his immediate service as I was stuck away from home. Thank you!!
Did a great job
Pulled into Joaquin last Thursday pulling our RV and our engine lite came on. We are on a 3 month RV trip so we knew we needed to see what it was. Doug picked up the truck, did a regen on it and had it back to us the next afternoon. Great service and a great price. This place is a hidden gem in a small town!!
My wife and I are full time RV'ERS and we're stuck with a broken tow vehicle. Doug, the owner, is terrific. Not only did he get me back on the road quickly, he took the time out of his very busy schedule to drive me back and forth (20 miles) as I had no other means if transportation. He really got me out of a bind. I would recommend his shop to anyone!
Very helpful very good at what he does
