Dr. Fraser-Damas is hands down one of the best who actually cares about her patients! She took over for my last PCP, and now that she is leaving Holy Cross I am very disappointed. I hope to find out where she is going so that I may follow. I travel very far to see her and don’t like the idea of having to switch Dr’s again. She will be greatly missed! Holy Cross needs to get it together and stop losing all of the good doctors.
I had an appointment in July the office called and canceled. The next available time was September 6th, I explained I would be out of the country until the 5th no problem new patient appointments were limited so we made the appointment. Went to the office this morning and was told my appointment had been canceled as Dr Fraser was leaving the practice and will not see a new patient. Lovely Doctor, terrible office and no communication.
Called to make an appt and her first available was a TELEHEALTH ie. through the telephone on 9/7/22? The reviews on here are simply deplorable. HOLY CROSS???? do something about this office quickly!
