The owner and office staff were helpful. This was 2 or 3 years ago. It was done on schedule. I like the pool finish, and the pool itself. I was not happy with the company follow up. I had to email multiple times to get things done. They did not know when their sub contractors had been out. Not a great thing. The sub contractor that did the paver deck, did a terrible job. Their followup is perfection and they are flexible to your needs. I wouldn't hesitate to call these people to suggest a solution for any pool problem you have.
