Andrea did an excellent presentation of the Shoma Bay's project and one of the best presentation that have seen it. The Shoma Bay project is beautiful and the location is very good.
Currently a hole for 2 years. Will update until something happens. As of December 2025, no progress has been made to any work at all. Still the same.
