Owner managed and super friendly. They did a top notch job on my large chipper and my also large snow blower a couple years ago. When my gas leaf blower needed service the other day, I didn't think twice about making the 20+ minute one way drive to Sholes. I got the same friendly and confident welcome I experienced before.
