The reviews that are positive must be from people who fit very neatly into his eczema/light therapy box. If you walked in there with that issue, you'd come out feeling pretty happy I think. But he had decided what was wrong with me before he even looked at my skin. He never asked me ANY questions about what I had been experiencing. I have been seeing Dr. Shokravi for many years now. he is very very thorough and has excised many moles from myself and other family members. Some of them were precursors to malignant melanoma. More recently, he told me I should get checked annually for ocular melanoma by an optometrist. In so doing, my very thorough optometrist, discovered not ocular, melanoma, but a detached retina! The doctor is consistently about an hour late for appointments and seems not to value patients’ time.
not sure if Dr Shokravi is aware of how his receptionists(clearly not MOAs) are treating patients. Liz would NEVER charge someone a no show for being in a car accident?! how is one to get to the office then?? Does Dr shokravi really expect people to pay this and refuse service due to accidents..i doubt it. ANd only take CASH..seems like a grab..so disappointing as i have been in this industry for 30 years and Dr Shokravi and Liz were always known to be compassionate and reasonable..
