I bought a 2008 Volkswagen Beetle from Shoji June 2021. Before I bought the company paid to fix the interior which he did but failed to fix the door handle. I was not told that the door handle was loose from the drivers seat. 1 month since getting the car problems began with the temperature sensors as well. It’s upsetting when you trust a company to give you quality. I would not recommend them based on my experience and the bunch of problems I have with this car to get fixed that have so far cost me at least $900 to fix.
Highly recommend this place, great people to deal with. Tomo went the extra mile to make sure everything was in good order, and that I was happy with the car.
Great service and communication throughout the purchase, Amy went out of her way to satisfy my demands and now have an "as new" Volvo in mint condition.
