Abysmal food quality. They managed to mess up miso soup, how do you get miso soup wrong? Bland and tasteless. The sushi rolls are under portioned and suffocated by a straight jacket of heavy rice to hide the fact there’s barely any meat. The bento box was an absolute joke, fake crab sushi which tasted of plastic, under sauced and overcooked chicken on a bed of mushy rice.
