Nasty !!! Stinks !! Dirty!! And does not accept coupons any more but plain nasty
Obviously, "azee" is a joke as he/she is the only one who gave Shogun a bad review -- look at all his/her other reviews and you'll see why. Seriously, we've been to Shogun a few times and have always had good service and excellent food. We're planning on taking a group of friends there soon for a special occasion and look forward to it.
Sickening – Another waste of time and money. Poor service, food was bad, litteraly. All three of us were violently sick after our dinner, including our young son. The ruined birthday dinner included overcooked lobster and a very UN-authentic experience. They would not honor their coupon and the manager needs to go back to his day job @ Taco Bell, he was rude and unproffessional. With so many other good choices let this dump become part of the economic downturn.
A Memorable Birthday Dinner – My nine year old son requested that we have his birthday dinner at a hibachi restaurant because he enjoyed the last one so much .. (near Best Buy in Grapevine.) Shogun Sushi proved to be a very good choice for us. We arrived at 6:15 to find ample parking near the front door. We were greeted within a few moments by a tall host who escorted us to our seats and gave us wine lists, menus, and a "sushi study guide". We went for dinner and very good. Sushi is excellent! The hibachi meal for kids is wonderful. Very flavorful.
This restaurant is excellent! I went there for my birthday with 12 other people and all enjoyed the evening. The hibachi chefs were entertaining, they engaged the children at the table, and they made the wait for the food go by quickly. It does take a little bit of time to get food, but you don't even realize it because they keep you entertained. The food was amazing! very fresh, not greasy. excellent taste!
