Brian was excellent to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and identified my hvac issue fast. What really stood out is the time he took to explain how the hvac system works and what to look for in the future. This is something no one has really done for me before, and I simply cannot say anything more than he is amazing!! He was also super personable throughout the visit, which made the experience even better! Because of Brian, I would highly recommend Shogun Services!! A+++++

Every technician I’ve had has been very knowledgeable and genuine, always willing to explain in detail what’s happening so that I fully understand. I also really enjoy the online appointment scheduler so that I can schedule something at any time of the day/night, and the team is always able to get a technician to me quickly.

The owner of the company came out to give me a quote for kitchen drain line leak under the crawlspace. Really great communication about what needs to get done and how the pricing works. It is the kind of business that you want to do business with. Made me feel like he actually wanted to help me fix my problem rather than sell me on other jobs and make a bunch of money.
