I was unfortunately disappointed with my experience at Shogun. My first impression was that the restaurant did not feel very authentic. Seeing staff dressed in kimono without the overall atmosphere or cultural consistency to match took away from the Japanese steakhouse experience I was expecting. One of the main reasons Shogun is well-known is for the teppanyaki-style cooking—the chefs’ knife skills, the sounds, and the interactive show at the grill. Another awesome night with good friends at the Shogun Jasmine and all the other staff looked after us 100%.All the food was spectacular as always. Still my favorite place in town to go to for a night out with friends and family.
I cant say anything better about our booking December 11th 1025 at 430pm. I forget the name of the server and tapikana grill master. But we had and excellent time and the food was fabulous!
