So I was there May 2 On a Sunday night and we had this waitress **NATSUMI**I’m looking at my receipt. She is races towards my friends bec there black. She’s races as fuck. she don’t like black people. How can you work in the restaurant when most customers are black.

Always a Treat We've been here several times and the food is always great. The waiting staff does a great job. The cooks are talented and entertaining. One time he was a newer one and a bit nervous; not as much personality but he cooked really well. The food isn't cheap, but the portions are very large. Everyong takes a bunch home. The kids always want to go ther when their grandparents are in town.

Chef U prolly told the chef u wanted ur kids dinner cooked without soy sauce..... Because he didn't like it, maybe the chef didn't do any tricks cause he didn't like it.Ppl fail to realize we are not required to do tricks, we do it for the customers enjoyment, give us a hard time, then y do we care if u have a good time,It's an Asian restaurant, if u don't like soy sauce ur probably in the wrong place! DUH!

BLEH This was the WORST experience I have had there. The cook was absolutely either a beginner or totally disliked his job. We took our children and grandchildren (total of 12) What a lackluster experience. For over 400 dollars you would expect the cook to catch an egg in his hat - flame the grill - talk - SOMETHING - nope - DO NOT waste your money - The waitstaff at Outback is MUCH better and so is the food

Best restaurant in Jacksonville – The wait is sometimes a little long, but it's most definately worth it. Most of the staff members are very friendly. The restaurant is extremely clean. The enviroment is great, it's exciting and has a real Japanese feel. The uniforms that the waitresses wear and the authentic Japanese decorations definately add to that. Whether you go with a group of friends, with your family, or on a date, you're in for an exciting dinner. The food is amazing here. It's a bit on the pricey side depending on... read more

Great Japanese Restaurant This place has good food, BUT what I like the very most is the pond full of huge fish when you walk in. They are beautiful! This house dressing is very good also.
