We went to Shogun this past weekend for the 4th of July to celebrate my son’s birthday. We were seated immediately, we wanted a hibachi experience and we were not disappointed! Our hibachi chef was Kevin, and he was beyond GREAT! Kevin deserves a raise! He is awesome at cooking, and has great customer service experience. He made our dinner experience even better. Thank you Kevin!

It was my first time visiting with my husband and 3 children. The chef was great, everyone seemed very nice BUT... I'm leaving my 1 star due to lack of cleanliness and proper food handling. We were seated at a grill when a long black hair was noticed in the vegetables in the grill. (The chef was a male with short hair) Chef apologized, threw the veggies away and got new ones from the kitchen. Not a huge deal until a ROACH ran across the table by my husband's plate.
