5 ⭐️for the Delivery Crews! Courteous, careful, and efficient! I bought a full bedroom set and I love every piece, my salesman Alan helped find the look I had in my mind. The room is gorgeous! They even worked with me when one piece didn't fit and I needed to exchange for another - an exception not their rule, but this customer greatly appreciates the customer service. When I need to update another room, I will shop here again.
Shofers came recommended to us from family. The store does not have their own warranty policy and only go by the manufacturers warranty, which may be a year. After that, if you have a problem, you would have to pay to get it fixed. While the furniture is beautiful, the quality does not appear to be what we thought. The screws on the bed frame came out and all customer service will say is that we can contact their repairman for an estimate. We should have just spent the money elsewhere.
