The staff name Anna is very unprofessional and impatient. You do know you are selling shoes to babies who cannot talk. If you don’t have empathy and sympathy, you shouldn’t work here. We bought three pairs last time, but this time none because of you.
You won’t find better service anywhere else! I have been coming here for years and the staff are always exceptional.
