I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. I came in specifically to buy shoes for my child, and considering their prices are far from cheap, I expected at least basic customer service. Instead, I was met with total indifference. I spent 10 minutes in the store after picking out a few models, waiting for someone to help with sizing. In short: Decent selection, but staff need better product training. Visited recently to buy two pairs of shoes for my young child. The store has a good range, but the customer service experience was disappointing. I bought school shoes for my daughter. Sophie served us, she was friendly and professional. The store has a good range of shoes and knowledgeable staff. Overall we are very happy and will return in the future.
Had the best experience today getting the kids their school shoes. I had booked an appointment online and was seen straight away. Lucie was so lovely and very helpful. Measured all 3 kids and told me the sizing and width etc and what the best shoes would be. Even my 10 year old commented on how lovely she was. Thank you!!!
We came to the store at Miranda Westfield today. None of the shoes have a price on it. This is very disappointing as we had to wait a long queue before we could come inside a store. Online queue system so awful as when I joined a queue no one told me that I have to register online to be that queue. So I waited for long and when my turn finally came up, they did not let me to come inside the store as according to online queue I registered later then some other people who were behind me…
