Shoes & Sox Miranda is a complete waste of time. After an endless wait just to be served, (and being skipped over because they don't use the QR system at the store front)I was met by staff who were clearly inexperienced and unskilled — unable to answer even the simplest questions and gave me incorrect info. We visited Miranda Shoes & Sox on a Sunday morning right after Westfield opened. By 10:15am, the store was already packed. I asked my young son to sit and wait for a staff member to measure his feet. We waited for 10minutes, no acknowledgement, no greeting, nothing, while staff helped others who arrived after us. As expected with a 3 year old, he got restless and ran off. On two occasions of purchasing shoes from here they sent me home with 2 different sizes in the box. And when I expressed dissatisfaction a simple sorry would have avoided a review.
I went to buy some shoes for my granddaughter. When I walked in the staff reluctantly came to measure her feet. The lady staff member was not patient at all. As I needed some time to try on a variety of shoes on my granddaughter, the staff member went on to serve someone else. Mind you they were not that busy. She peddled me off to a younger male staff member who just dumped the shoes next to us for me to fit them on her. Visited this store recently, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. No one greeted us or offered assistance, and they didn’t seem to pay any attention. It felt like they weren’t interested in making a sale at all. Ended up going to Trybe instead, where the service was much better. Wouldn’t recommend this store if you’re looking for helpful staff or good customer service.
