Horrendous service! My partner and I were completely ignored from the moment we walked in — not a single greeting or acknowledgment. We chose our items and waited patiently at the counter while the sales lady chatted with other customers. When she finally finished, instead of serving us, she went straight to help someone else without even a “I’ll be with you soon.” So rude and dismissive! The lady's that were working today are so rude didn't help one customer rolling there eyes at everyone asking for help. I walked out as I waited in line with three people that didn't get seen for 20 minutes the women working have zero customer service skills .

Popped into the joondalup store for the first time ever yesterday evening looking for shoes for my 3 year old for school.. after measuring I was told he was 1-2 sizes bigger then what he is in now.. when explaining that surprised me as he is in a different size I was spoken at and told he is in a shoe size that’s too small for him yet he still has room? We visited the Joondalup store today with our 16-month-old, after being fitted earlier in the week at another store, and we had concerns about the shoes fitting incorrectly and hurting his feet. Lara correctly assessed and fitted our son, providing excellent advice and tips. Her customer service was outstanding.
