Great shop, selection and staff but your screen displaying names “next in line” and wait times are terrible. I had to wait an hour and a half to buy some shoes, if I’d known I would’ve booked or came another time. When people are called out anymore than 3 times their name should be deleted or people informed of long wait times.
After a recent negative experience at your store I have read a lot of your negative customer feedback. I see that you did not respond to the warranty issues raised below, why is that? It seems that your marketing and advertising team is not interested in responding to customers. After reading that review, I just did an online search of the shoe manufacturer and saw their prices were cheaper than yours. Disappointing experience: mocroaggression it is . Staff (Tilly)attitude was poor and dismissive. We were told to scan a QR code and wait, while other customers were served immediately without queuing. Very disappointing for a children’s shoe store.
Just absolutely hopeless, attended the store for a warranty issue, left my details, told the area manager would call back, never heard from them, left a further two messages at the store, never heard back, emailed their head office three times and never heard back. Told by young staff that they only warranty shoes for six months (in breach of Australian consumer law), it appears if you purchase shoes which retail for $160 (yet bought on sale for less), this stores provides absolutely zero customer service instead hoping you ... read more
