We booked a fitting and were served by Miriam who was so lovely. We had a great experience, very helpful. Highly recommend if, like us, you need to buy your baby their first pair of shoes and have no idea what to get! Second trip today, was served by Sophie who was lovely with my toddler. I’ve always found the staff at Shoes & Sox to be friendly and helpful, and the in-store service has been consistently good. However, my experience with their loyalty programs over the past couple of years has been disappointing. Our family was close to earning a free pair of shoes under their previous loyalty program, but the program was discontinued before the reward was honoured. So happy with our experience at Shoes and Sox at Eastland! We walked in store tonight and joined the queue for a shoe fitting, for our sons (one year old) first shoe! The girls were friendly and welcoming. I regret not making a mental note of the name of the lady that helped us out because she made the process so quick and smooth. She was great with our little one! They even offered a free polaroid of our son, in the shoes we decided to go with. Highly recommend this store for fittings! We will definitely be back!
