After a recent negative experience at your store I have read a lot of your negative customer feedback. I see that you did not respond to the warranty issues raised below, why is that? It seems that your marketing and advertising team is not interested in responding to customers. Great shop, selection and staff but your screen displaying names “next in line” and wait times are terrible. I had to wait an hour and a half to buy some shoes, if I’d known I would’ve booked or came another time. When people are called out anymore than 3 times their name should be deleted or people informed of long wait times.

Disappointing experience: mocroaggression it is . Staff (Tilly)attitude was poor and dismissive. We were told to scan a QR code and wait, while other customers were served immediately without queuing. Very disappointing for a children’s shoe store.
