Easy to find excellent value
Eliza is a credit to Shoes and Sox. I almost never returned to the Eastland store after the way I was served previously but Eliza was exceptional in both her fitting expertise and ability to interact with kids and parents. If Shoes and Sox could bottle Eliza’s essence and have everyone exude it they would be unbeatable. Thank you for a redeeming experience Eliza. I shall now only come on Wednesdays.
My wife took our son in to get new shoes and raved afterwards as to how lovely and patient the lady was who served her, particularly as our son was in a mood. She made sure he was properly fitted without upsetting him further. Thanks for a positive experience!!!
My family came to the store this morning at 10am and waited for 20mins before having a staff member comment that we needed to scan a barcode before we could get service. We scanned the barcode and ended up waiting for 40mins before getting our own shoes and walking out. If this is your process you need to let customers know before they wait for such a long period of time. Great customer service! Teagan was fantastic, knowledgeable and patient while my 2-year old was having a tantrum. I invited her to serve someone else but instead she helped calm him down and didn’t rush us. Vastly different experience than at the other kids shoe stores nearby!
