Amazing experience a few weeks ago purchasing shoes. My daughter struggles with socks, and any other label or tag. Saffi was kind, patient, made sure the shoes were loose (she doesn't like tight shoes) and we went through so many pairs until we found the right one. They were amazing and deserve recognition for how they hold space for kids with sensory issues. Because it was such a great experience I have a kid who is wearing runners with laces for the first time ever.
I had an amazing experience with Liz at Shoes & Sox in Myer Doncaster. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly an expert when it comes to fitting kids’ shoes. Liz was patient and good with kids which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable (my son was having a rough day). Her knowledge and care really stood out, and she took the time to make sure everything was just right. It was a genuinely positive experience.
My experience at Shoes & Sox Doncaster has always been a good one over the years, perhaps it helps to shop at a less busy time. It is our go-to store for toddler and school aged children shoes. Went in this morning to sort out a mismatched pair of shoes that I received online and it got sorted pretty quickly by Alex, which I really appreciate.
