I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this store. We went in to buy shoes for my 5-year-old daughter, and although the store wasn’t very busy, the salesperson (manager)completely ignored us. When we arrived, there was another customer getting their feet measured, which was fine, but the way she treated us afterward was unacceptable. If I could rate zero I would, the staff in this store just blatantly ignore you. We went in to buy a pair of shoes for our toddler, we registered our name on the waiting board and were waiting for 45minutes, by this stage our 2 year old toddler was having a meltdown due to waiting so long so we ended up walking out. Don't bother going here unless you have 1hr plus to spare & wait with your child. They are either understaffed all the time or simply don't care.
Amazing service from Stevie. today he went above and beyond. He was very patient helped us fund the right shoe for my little brother.
★☆☆☆☆ I am deeply disappointed and upset by the way I was treated at Shoes & Sox Doncaster. I arrived with my child , was just trying to do a quick buy before home. We tried on shoes to confirm the correct size by ourselves, and stood at the counter ready to pay. I followed the queue system and registered as third in line, yet waited over thirty minutes directly in front of the counter.
