re located to a bigger shop, obviously because the business is busy. Only 3 staff to serve about 30 customer. Waited about 20 mins with no service. Ridiculous
I visited Shoes & Sox in Burwood to buy shoes for my daughter, and honestly, the customer service was very disappointing. A female staff member with curly hair was standing nearby but didn’t offer any assistance. Later, a male staff member approached, but his attitude wasn’t welcoming — he simply asked if I needed help with a serious expression. I visited the store today to get my kids' school shoes. It was understandably busy with only a week left before school starts, but I was promptly attended to after registering for a fitting. We were assisted by Alex, who was not only professional and efficient but also friendly and approachable. My daughter said she found the best school shoes ever! Thank you to Alex and the entire team again!
I was served today by a sales assistant named Rishabh. He was so friendly, helpful and had great knowledge on sizing up my daughters foot and suggesting the best shoes for her. He had such patience with not only myself but I could see with other customers also. It was a great shopping experience with his help. Thank you!
