They do not answer phone calls or respond to voicemails. Since I am not from Surrey, I asked my friend (who is a male) to purchase some items for me, and it seems they overcharged him. On top of that, the receipt did not show the individual prices of the items, which appears to have been done deliberately to avoid being questioned. This practice is unprofessional and lacks transparency.

We came here on a friend’s recommendation to buy jewellery and a fruit basket for a Roka ceremony and had a terrible experience. The fruit tray we picked was bigger than expected, and when we tried to return it just 10 minutes later, we were told “no refunds – only store credit.” We were already done shopping and didn’t need anything else.
