They do not answer phone calls or respond to voicemails. Since I am not from Surrey, I asked my friend (who is a male) to purchase some items for me, and it seems they overcharged him. On top of that, the receipt did not show the individual prices of the items, which appears to have been done deliberately to avoid being questioned. This practice is unprofessional and lacks transparency.

We came here on a friend’s recommendation to buy jewellery and a fruit basket for a Roka ceremony and had a terrible experience. The fruit tray we picked was bigger than expected, and when we tried to return it just 10 minutes later, we were told “no refunds – only store credit.” We were already done shopping and didn’t need anything else. honestly this was the worst place I have ever visited even the customer service was very annoying and cheap all this today I assure that I am not gonna visit this place again .I do recommend not to visit this place

I purchased jutti from here they charged 67$ for that but after two days when i went to return the same jutti, firstly she refused to return or refund. Then i selected the another pair. lady said it was for 45$ . She behaved very rude with us. She doesn’t know how to talk with customers.

Sahil, really knows his stuff and has a great sense of what people are looking for. Love the way he understands your preferences without it feeling forced.
