For the second year in a row this company stood me up Last year the guy forgot to put me on the schedule This year guy got sick and they didn’t call me and didn’t show up I had to call them after an hour and a half. Called them I’m not available for two weeks after they made me wait for a month. They couldn’t get out in 3.5 days for me. I called them and told them the story . No call back So they lost my business forever
I called 5/1 and left a message, 5/5 and spoke with a person who transferred me to a persons vm to leave a message, and 5/8 spoke to a person who said they were about a week behind with calling back and she’d let her know. It’s been over 3 weeks and nobody ever called back.
Great experience. I waited until the last minute to get my sprinkler system serviced and they came right out.
Don't use them!!!
