Dr.Shoemaker and her staff are caring, compassionate and easy to work with. I have been going there for well over a year now and I am very happy with the progress I have made in my therapy. I have not had any problems canceling appointments and many times they have worked me in when I needed an appointment. Dr. Shoemaker and Shelly go the extra mile to help when needed. I am thankful to them and all the staff at the office.
My daughter became ill on the day of her scheduled appointment with Dr. Shoemaker. She charged me a $100.00 no show fee. We had been to see her several times before this missed appointment. We would have continued to see her, but have not returned. Her love for money is obviously more important to her than the well being of her patients. I pray for her.
