Everyone is super friendly and accommodating, easy to contact, great with appointment reminders. Dr. Shoemaker is great!! We love this place!
I am so disappointed. We have loved going to this location until today. They alerted us they did not renew a contract with Aetna. They are not honoring Aetna benefits. They are charging clients the difference between the Aetna agreed rates and whatever they decide to charge. Our out of pocket was going to be hundreds. As someone who deals with insurance on a regular basis, this is a money grab.
My son has been going to Dr. Shoemaker for the past 2 years and I couldn’t be more impressed with the team at Dr. Shoemaker’s office 😊
From the front desk to Dr. Shoemaker - they’re made to be with these kids. My son’s hygienist was so patient and kind, and jumped right into my two year olds world. Dr. Shoemaker took the extra time to even “count and clean” my son’s toy lightening McQueen to help him be more comfortable. As a pediatric nurse at CHOA, I know it is a part of the job, but you can tell how genuine Dr. Shoemaker and his staff are. Kennesaw is a lucky community & as am I as a mom to have him!
Amazing front desk staff!! Krista has been one of the most informative and caring admin I have ever spoken too. She is understanding and guides you through any and all questions. I found this dentistry when my son has a mouth injury and I am so so thankful. Dr.Shoemaker is compassionate and so great with kids. My son looks forwards to his visits.
