We had an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire team was kind, patient, and welcoming, making my child feel comfortable and safe throughout the visit. Dr. Shoemaker was gentle, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. The office is clean, well organized, and designed to make children feel at ease. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating, easy to contact, great with appointment reminders. Dr. Shoemaker is great!! We love this place!
I am so disappointed. We have loved going to this location until today. They alerted us they did not renew a contract with Aetna. They are not honoring Aetna benefits. They are charging clients the difference between the Aetna agreed rates and whatever they decide to charge. Our out of pocket was going to be hundreds. As someone who deals with insurance on a regular basis, this is a money grab.
My son has been going to Dr. Shoemaker for the past 2 years and I couldn’t be more impressed with the team at Dr. Shoemaker’s office 😊
