Very rude people to work with. Rarely was anybody there working. No one answers the phone and you can’t leave a message because their mailbox is always full. Owner complains about only having one person working but he is rarely there. Will never take anything back there again. They lie to you when you do get someone on the phone saying it will be done in a couple days. They had my unit for three weeks and never touched it. I just picked it back up and will take elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would! They had our generator for three weeks. We called often to see how it was coming along one time they actually answered and said it was up on a hoist. Called again didn’t hear anything. Drove there to check on it it, had never been up on a hoist. They hadn’t even started on it after three weeks. Of course said that they were busy, but terrible customer service and then when we questioned what was going on, we were told that we were being snotty so we went and picked it up. Poor customer service. I understand businesses are busy and it’s hard to find good help nowadays and you want help out smaller businesses , but please have the courtesy to inform your customers when your mower won’t be done when you say it’s going to be done. And when it is done, call and let them know instead of five days later having to call myself and find out that it’s been done. Also the main problem was not t fixed that I called about. Took somewhere else and was fixed when they said it would be fixed.
