Poor customer service. I understand businesses are busy and it’s hard to find good help nowadays and you want help out smaller businesses , but please have the courtesy to inform your customers when your mower won’t be done when you say it’s going to be done. And when it is done, call and let them know instead of five days later having to call myself and find out that it’s been done. Also the main problem was not t fixed that I called about. Took somewhere else and was fixed when they said it would be fixed.
